Kitchen Manager – Join Our Team!
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and our standards high.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
- Oversee daily prep, cooking, and service flow.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
