Assistant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications:

2+ years in a restaurant management role (experience in full-service restaurant preferred)
Have open availability including early mornings, closing shifts, holidays, and weekends
A positive attitude with a sincere passion for creating a remarkable guest experience
Highly organized and efficient – ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
Genuine passion for food + drink made with the highest quality ingredients
High energy with strong ability to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, with incredible attention to detail and strong time management skills
Great communication skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
Coachable and open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement
ServSafe Manager’s Certification required
Knowledge of Toast POS, 7-Shifts – supplier ordering platforms is ideal
Experience in take-out and 3rd party delivery
Familiarity with beer, wine and spirits
