Employment Law Attorney – Beverly Hills, CA

Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- 4+ years of employment litigation experience
- Demonstrated expertise in class actions, wage & hour, and PAGA matters
- Substantial experience litigating discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination cases
- Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
- Must be status-checked and in good standing with the California Bar (any previous or pending issues require explanation)
Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Trial preparation or in-court trial experience
- Previous work in fast-growing or dynamic law firms
- Spanish language proficiency
Employment Law Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Independently manage a docket of employment cases through all phases of litigation
- Collaborate on class action and PAGA case strategy, filings, and litigation tactics
- Lead drafting of complaints, motions, and discovery responses
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and co-counsel to drive positive outcomes
- Partner closely with the managing attorney on high-impact case decisions
