Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate – Miami, FL

Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate Requirements & Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
6 to 15 years of relevant corporate transactional experience
Substantial experience with M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, fund formation, and general corporate contracts
Active Florida Bar admission and good standing
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage complex matters independently and collaborate as part of a team
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters
Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements
Manage fundraising documentation, fund formation, and investor materials
Oversee general corporate and commercial contract matters
Collaborate closely with practice group leadership and attorneys across the firm
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
Maintain high-quality client service and build strong professional relationships
