Executive Chef – Plant-Based Kitchen | Boston, MA

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure high culinary standards
- Develop and execute innovative plant-based menus
- Mentor and train back-of-house (BOH) staff
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate closely with ownership on menu planning and kitchen strategy
- Foster a positive, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on, collaborative work ethic
- Deep passion for plant-based cooking and sustainability
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a kitchen team
