We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented individual to fill the role of Restaurant General Manager. Restaurant General Manager Benefits/Compensation:

  • Competitive annual salary: $60,000–$65,000

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 2 years of Profit & Loss responsibility
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven team-building and communication abilities
  • Solid business, math, and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer literacy and time management excellence
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
