We are seeking a Land Development Engineer with 5+ years of experience, well-versed in project design, financials and schedules to join our team.

Land Development Engineer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. License (or able to obtain within 1 year)
  • 5-10 years of civil/land development engineering experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience with preparing land development plans for new luxury residential communities

Land Development Engineer Duties:

  • Manage clients. land development projects and budgets
  • Prepare infrastructure, and long-range master plans; assist in zoning documentation, submittals, and due diligence studies
  • Prepare concept plans, preliminary grading, site development documents, and cost estimates
  • Obtain permits, approvals, and variances; develop relationships with permitting authorities; coordinate zoning amendments
  • Review site plans for ARB compliance, manage GIS master plan, and review development plans for environmental impacts

Land Development Engineer Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay ($120K-$150K) depending on experience plus bonus
