Now Hiring: CNC Machinist (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: On-Site | Full-Time | Advanced Manufacturing

A growing advanced manufacturing team is seeking a CNC Machinist to support the production of precision components used in propulsion, defense, and marine applications. This role focuses on operating CNC mills, supporting setups, maintaining quality, and learning multi-axis machining processes in a high-precision environment.

What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist

• Operate CNC milling machines (5-axis)

• Load programs, verify offsets, and monitor machine performance

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

• Read blueprints and basic GD&T

• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Monitor tooling and cutting conditions

• Assist with troubleshooting machining issues

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Bring as a CNC Machinist

• 2–3 years CNC machining experience

• Experience operating CNC mills or machining centers

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• Experience using precision measurement tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Preferred

• Exposure to 5-axis machining

• Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls

• Experience in precision manufacturing environments
