General Manager is needed for an upscale Restaurant in Western Michigan -Northern Lake Shore area.
This unique position will be part of a growing small independent company that is well financed and offers creativity and stability. Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus.
General Manager Benefits and Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale full-service environment.
- Stable job history- no job hoppers.

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing a unique upscale casual restaurant operation and ensuring excellent guest service.
- Scheduling, hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, executing company standards and policies.
- Beverage program, craft beer and cocktails, and sales focused.
- Work in all aspects of marketing and promotions.
- Ensuring excellent associate relations / Responsible for training and team development.
