Responsibilities for BCaBA Role:
– Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
– Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in executing BIPs.
– Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated services for children.
– Gather and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs as needed.
– Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
Qualifications for BCaBA Position:
– Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
– Board certification as a behavior analyst or currently enrolled in BCABA or BCBA courses.
– 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
