General Manager – Eatertainment Venue

A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, guest-focused social entertainment venue.

This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in energetic environments where hospitality, entertainment, and events intersect. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a large team, and drive revenue performance while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all daily operations of a high-volume hospitality and entertainment venue
  • Lead and manage front-of-house teams and management staff
  • Maintain strong operational standards and service excellence

Financial Performance

  • Manage full P&L responsibilities including labor, cost control, and profitability
  • Monitor key operational metrics and drive revenue performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and margins

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Build a strong hospitality culture focused on accountability and guest service
  • Coach and mentor leaders to support long-term team development

Sales & Events

  • Oversee the successful execution of corporate events, group bookings, and private functions
  • Partner with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction

Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality standards
  • Actively engage with guests and resolve service issues when necessary
  • Create a vibrant and welcoming environment for all guests

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurant, nightlife, or entertainment venues
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and complex operations
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Experience executing large events or group bookings preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
