Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership is required
- Managing 5 or more high-volume full-service and/or polished fast casual restaurants is required
- Strong financial business acumen, including P+L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management
- Proven track record of team development, including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruiting
- Helping maintain a positive work culture
Restaurant District Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year in a Multi-Unit Management role
- Hands-on Mentality
- Great Computer Skills
- Some financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Unquestionable character and integrity
