Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- A true leader with the ability to help build a great team.
- Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style

- Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant GM experience
- Strong knowledge of the P&L – ability to manage all cost areas
- Fully responsible for all orders, inventories, training, and development
