A fine dining restaurant opening in CT is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This chef-driven concept offers an elevated yet approachable dining experience focused on exceptional cuisine and hospitality. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, lead and develop a high-performing culinary team, drive menu execution and innovation, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of fine dining culinary experience
- 5+ years of executive kitchen management experience
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing large culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory, labor management, and budgeting
- Experience maintaining health, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, opening, or fast-paced restaurant environment
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience opening new restaurants or leading high-end culinary concepts
- Michelin-starred, luxury hotel, or nationally recognized fine dining experience
- Experience collaborating with ownership and front-of-house leadership
- Bilingual skills are a plus
