This is a unique opportunity to spend most of your time behind the bar earning excellent gratuities while also taking ownership of scheduling, inventory, ordering, and team development. • Work with premium wines, spirits, and handcrafted cocktails in an upscale environment

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily bar operations while setting the standard for hospitality and guest service.

  • Develop seasonal cocktails and support beverage programming.
  • Assist guests with wine recommendations, whiskey selections, and food pairings.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws, sanitation standards, and company policies.
  • Process bartender tip-outs and maintain inventory accuracy using Lightspeed and Upserve POS systems.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Build a positive culture while mentoring team members and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Schedule

  • Approximately 75% of the role is spent bartending during peak service.
  • Approximately 25% of the role is dedicated to leadership responsibilities including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and administrative duties.
  • Typical bartending shifts are Thursday through Saturday.
  • Administrative office hours are generally Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
  • Flexibility is important, and high-performing leaders may enjoy a four-day workweek.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or steakhouse.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, bourbon, whiskey, premium spirits, and craft cocktails.
  • Strong mixology skills and a passion for beverage innovation.
  • Experience with beverage ordering, inventory management, and cost controls.
  • Leadership experience with scheduling, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Lightspeed, Upserve, or similar POS systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 7Shifts scheduling software is a plus.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout service.

If you're looking for a leadership role where you can continue doing what you love behind the bar while helping build an outstanding team, we'd love to hear from you
