Restaurant Manager – Wichita, KS

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent full-service restaurant experience
Some supervisory experience in roles like lead server, supervisor, or assistant manager preferred
No degree required
Strong team orientation and a genuine enthusiasm for great food and customer service
Positive attitude and energetic presence
Able to comply with company drug free environment policies

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collaborate with other managers to deliver outstanding guest service
Support and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence

Participate in ongoing training and help build a positive work culture
Assist with daily operations, scheduling, and problem-solving as needed
Lead by example and help cultivate a dynamic, fun workplace
