Assistant Restaurant General Manager

What You Bring
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- A proven track record of performance and upward career growth
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Aloha and Schedulefly (preferred)
- Current TIPS certification and Board of Health certifications
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations
- Step confidently into service, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong culture
- Foster positive vendor relationships that support operational excellence and profitability
- Help drive performance, accountability, and a consistently exceptional guest experience
