Restaurant Manager – Key West, FL (Relocation Opportunity)

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of an Italian restaurant in beautiful Key West, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fun environment and is excited about relocating to one of the most vibrant hospitality destinations in the country. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for guest service, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily service
Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and daily shift operations
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house
Monitor financial performance including sales, labor, and cost controls
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience in a upscale environment
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and operational costs
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Willingness to relocate to Key West, Florida
