Finance Director

A growing multi-unit hospitality and retail group is seeking a strategic finance leader to help scale its dynamic, community-focused brand. Finance Director Benefits & Compensation

$120,000 salary range, depending on experience

Finance Director Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of finance leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, bakery, or food production
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
CPA preferred but not required
Experience managing vendor contracts and purchasing terms
Proficiency in Restaurant365 (or similar platform) and Excel or Google Sheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Finance Director Preferred Background & Skills

Hands-on, collaborative leadership style
Prior experience supporting multi-unit or growth-oriented hospitality concepts
Interest in innovative, sustainable business models

Finance Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Oversee all accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense policies
Manage purchasing contracts and vendor relationships in collaboration with operations
Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and guidance
Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and robust financial processes
Prepare and present regular financial reporting to ownership and executive leadership
