Chef de Cuisine

Seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine for a new restaurant opening. This French-inspired seafood restaurant will serve lunch, dinner, and brunch in an upscale-casual, chef-driven environment. We're looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen and execute at the highest level without compromise. This role is ideal for a mission-driven culinary leader who believes that excellence, integrity, and hospitality drive success — not shortcuts.

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities

Lead and execute a scratch, French-inspired seafood menu with precision
Hire, train, and mentor a disciplined, high-performing culinary team
Maintain uncompromising standards in quality, presentation, and service
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ordering, sanitation, and systems

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications

Formal culinary training with strong foundation in classical French cuisine
Extensive experience with fresh seafood fabrication and preparation
Background in chef-driven, quality-focused restaurant concepts
Proven leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale, yet approachable setting
