We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Account Manager to join a fast-growing medical supply marketplace. This is not pharma or device sales—this is a fast-paced, repeat-business, relationship-driven sales role where your ability to manage accounts and drive volume directly impacts your earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers
- Prospect, onboard, and develop new accounts
- Drive repeat business through cross-selling and account expansion
- Manage pricing conversations, substitutions, and backorders
- Maintain high-volume inbound/outbound call activity
- Build long-term client relationships through responsiveness and reliability
- Partner with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Track activity and account progress in CRM
What You Bring
- 2+ years of medical supply sales experience (required)
- Inside sales or phone-based account management background
- Proven ability to grow and retain accounts over time
- Strong understanding of pricing sensitivity, substitutions, and supply workflows
- Highly motivated, organized, and performance-driven
- Comfortable in a commission-heavy, high-reward environment

- 💵 $50,000 Base Salary
- 🎯 OTE of $90K+ (Base + Bonus)
