Facilities Technican Benefits/Compensation:

Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Facilities Technican Requirements/Responsibilities:

Strong attention to detail: Ensures the property is pristine and well-maintained
Responsible for ordering supplies and managing facilities projects
Ensures water temperature, lighting, laundry, and overall cleanliness meet high standards
Experience in hospitality facility maintenance or commercial maintenance oversight
Hands-on and proactive problem-solving skills
