We are seeking a talented Executive Chef for an upscale, food-driven restaurant. Join a disciplined, hospitality-focused team and lead a high-performing culinary operation.

EXECUTIVE CHEF COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
Benefits package included
Dinner shifts only
Closed annually on:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Additional perks available

EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead all BOH operations for an upscale, fine-dining concept
Drive food quality, consistency, and execution
Manage food and labor costs within established targets
Train, mentor, and develop a disciplined culinary team
Oversee service execution, private dining, and special events
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
Assign responsibility and enforce accountability

EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

High level of culinary proficiency across techniques, ingredients, and execution
3–5+ years experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
Proven success in high-volume upscale or fine-dining restaurants
Experience managing $4M–$5M in annual sales
Demonstrated longevity and loyalty in past roles
Combination of corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
Italian culinary background preferred, but not required
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop BOH teams
Self-motivated leader with strong urgency and accountability
