This prestigious global luxury hospitality network is seeking a Director of Member Services – LATAM to oversee member engagement, program implementation, and regional operations across Latin America. In this strategic, hands-on role, you'll help every member property maximize the benefits of their membership while aligning regional needs with global initiatives. We're looking for a relationship-focused leader who is highly organized and experienced in cross-functional collaboration, able to balance strategic oversight with operational execution across diverse cultural and business environments throughout LATAM.

Director of Member Services Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between members in the delegation and global headquarters, ensuring alignment of regional and global objectives.
  • Ensure every member maximizes the value of their membership by promoting usage of all tools, services, and resources.
  • Collect and communicate member feedback to HQ to optimize services and programs for regional relevance.
  • Propose, coordinate, and implement an annual delegation action plan, managing the budget for initiatives in collaboration with the International Director of Member Services and the regional Delegate.
  • Organize regional meetings, including Delegation Meetings, Chefs Meetings, and Steering Committee sessions.
  • Support network development, including prospecting and onboarding of new members.
  • Collaborate with HR to provide recruitment support and establish partnerships with top hospitality universities and schools.
  • Work with Partnerships and Marketing teams to activate global relationships, identify new regional partners, and support promotional initiatives.
  • Produce editorial content and collaborate with the Publications Department on print, digital, and photo library materials.
  • Proofread regional-language communications and marketing materials.
  • Organize showcases, brand events, and other promotional activities as required
  • Prepare and distribute monthly delegation e-newsletters and provide bi-weekly updates to headquarters.

Director of Member Services Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality or tourism, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • Home-office-based remote position with significant travel up to 60% the first year
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Specific LATAM experience is a MUST!
  • Leadership presence and excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred
  • Valid driving license required.
  • Passport required for travel
