Marketing Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Strong writing, editing, and graphic design abilities with high attention to detail.
Hands-on experience managing corporate social media content calendars and engagement.
Commitment to confidentiality, team collaboration, and upholding company values.

Marketing Coordinator Preferred Background and Skills

1-2 years of professional marketing experience, ideally supporting multi-location teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Arts, or related field.
2 years of experience in marketing and proposal coordination within the A/E/C industry.
Experience with CRM or information management systems (Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead proposal responses and develop persuasive marketing collateral.
