Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in luxury furniture retail or interior design sales. Preferably currently working at a luxury brand.
Demonstrated success managing a retail showroom or sales team
Existing trade network within Miami/South Florida
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver results
Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills

Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Relationship-driven with an understanding of high net worth clientele
Familiarity with luxury brand standards and showroom operations

Store Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own and drive monthly revenue targets, optimizing store performance
Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with local trade professionals
Consistently deliver exceptional experiences for high net worth clients
Train, coach, and develop two Assistant Store Managers to achieve high performance
Uphold showroom standards and ensure adherence to brand pricing policies
Provide structured monthly reporting to headquarters, including key performance indicators and action plans
