We are seeking a Food Service Director with the ability to build a strong team and provide consistently excellent service.

Food Service Director Benefits:

Base salary in the $95k–$105k range (based on experience)
Annual performance bonus

Food Service Director Qualifications & Requirements:

3+ years of senior-level food service leadership experience required
Higher education or contract dining experience strongly preferred
Proven P&L management experience in a high-volume environment
Experience overseeing multiple outlets (residential dining, retail, catering, etc.)
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to partner with leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain large teams
Solid career progression with stable tenure
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needs require
