Senior Director of IT

Senior Director of IT Benefits & Compensation

Senior Director of IT Requirements & Qualifications

BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience with senior/executive-level responsibilities
Extensive experience managing LANs and WANs
Proven success leading and developing IT teams of at least 7 professionals
Expertise in infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
Strong written communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company insurability standards

Senior Director of IT Preferred Background & Skills

Certified Network Engineer (CNE) certification preferred
Experience scaling IT capabilities through acquisitions or rapid growth
Ability to work at both strategic and technical levels within an organization

Senior Director of IT Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT department, fostering a service-focused, innovative culture
Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and data management
Ensure compliance with security frameworks, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards
Manage IT budgets, capital planning, and vendor relationships to deliver operational excellence
Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for critical systems
