As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, maintaining high standards of service, and building a supportive, high-performing team. General Manager Responsibilities and Skills

  • Provide hands-on leadership and set the tone for a warm, efficient, and joyful service culture
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to meet sales goals and budget targets
  • Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to innovate and execute seasonal offerings
  • Actively engage with guests and build community relationships
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or GM (daytime/brunch service a plus)
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance guest experience with operational efficiency
  • Passion for farm-to-table dining, wellness, and community connection
  • Motivated to drive sales and grow the business
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
