Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor floor and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist the General Manager with ordering, inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily floor operations with composure during high-volume service.
  • Manage the beverage program and eventually handle beverage ordering (excluding wine).
  • Maintain fine dining service standards and stepped service protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks including Excel-based reporting and analysis.
  • Support the General Manager with additional duties to ensure smooth operations.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant with full bar operations (wine, beer, spirits).
  • Fine dining servers or bartenders looking to transition into leadership are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups preferred.
  • Proven ability to stay calm and lead effectively during high-volume service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel; financial reporting and inventory analysis experience preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Experience with Toast POS.
