A leading provider of technology solutions in the Public Accounting space is looking for an Operations Manager, Professional Services to join their team and make an immediate impact supporting professional services, sales, and learning & development teams.

The ideal Operations Manager, Professional Services will bring 5+ years of experience in project coordination, pricing, contracting, and sales support, as well as the desire to work with experts and clients in a growing firm area.

This is a hybrid role.

Operations Manager, Professional Services Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate & coordinate with SMEs and key staff to ensure timely programming
  • Oversee pricing & contracting in conjunction with key staff
  • Communicate with firm clientele to support key initiatives
  • Assist with additional projects as needed

Operations Manager, Professional Services Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or learning & development in accounting, technology, or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, coordinating initiatives among numerous business units
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication with multiple business units and clients
  • Demonstrated technical & software aptitude
