An Ultra-High-Net-Worth Principal seeks a seasoned legal professional to serve as Chief of Staff and trusted advisor. This individual will act as a strategic partner, providing guidance on legal, professional, and political matters while representing the Principal in select high-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance
Represent the Principal at meetings and events
Assess political and reputational risk
Coordinate with external counsel and advisors
Prepare briefings and decision-ready recommendations
Manage highly confidential matters with discretion

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) required
Experience advising senior leaders, executives, or UHNW individuals
Strong political and regulatory awareness
Exceptional judgment and independent decision-making ability
Poised, professional presence
