An Ultra-High-Net-Worth Principal seeks a seasoned legal professional to serve as Chief of Staff and trusted advisor. This individual will act as a strategic partner, providing guidance on legal, professional, and political matters while representing the Principal in select high-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance
  • Represent the Principal at meetings and events
  • Assess political and reputational risk
  • Coordinate with external counsel and advisors
  • Prepare briefings and decision-ready recommendations
  • Manage highly confidential matters with discretion

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required
  • Experience advising senior leaders, executives, or UHNW individuals
  • Strong political and regulatory awareness
  • Exceptional judgment and independent decision-making ability
  • Poised, professional presence
