A fast-growing, high-volume casual dining concept in NYC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of its flagship locations. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-focused hospitality group that values strong leadership, operational excellence, and financial discipline.
We are looking for a proven NYC operator who thrives in a busy environment, knows how to drive results, and is excited to grow with an expanding company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front and back-of-house team
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment
- Maintain full ownership of the restaurant P&L
- Manage labor budgets, cost of goods, and operational expenses
- Ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Build strong team culture through coaching, development, and accountability
- Partner with ownership on growth initiatives and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume NYC casual dining concept
- Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and COGS
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on operator who leads from the floor
- Passion for hospitality and desire to grow with an expanding brand
- Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
