Architect (5–6 Years of Experience)

Location: Georgetown, Delaware

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 5–6 years of professional experience and strong proficiency in Revit to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with project teams, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from schematic design through construction documents
• Create and maintain detailed Revit models and drawing sets
• Ensure accuracy, coordination, and consistency within Revit project files
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to support integrated design
• Assist with code research, zoning analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations
• Support construction administration activities, including submittal and RFI review
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting project schedules and deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 5–6 years of professional architectural experience
• No license required
• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing
• Proven experience producing coordinated construction documents in Revit
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on [commercial / residential / multifamily / healthcare / education projects
• Experience with Revit standards, templates, and worksharing
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and interdisciplinary model integration
• Progress toward architectural licensure
