A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair situations
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Replace defective components and perform equipment adjustments
- Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks as needed
- Maintain facility systems and equipment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipment
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with industrial electrical systems
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- HVAC experience preferred
- Vacuum furnace experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferred
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform maintenance activities throughout the shift
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to meet applicable security screening requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
