We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Baker to lead daily production of fresh, high-quality baked goods. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in consistency, efficiency, and delivering exceptional products in a fast-paced environment.

Head Baker Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items to established quality standards
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and presentation to ensure consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
  • Manage ingredient inventory and communicate ordering needs
  • Collaborate on seasonal menu development and new product offerings

Head Baker Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional baking experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards (ServSafe preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
