Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $110,000 based on background and skill level

Key Responsibilities

Support senior advisors in the development of holistic financial plans
Enter and review client information in financial planning software and CRM systems
Create reports on asset allocation, portfolio performance, and retirement projections
Assist with preparation of investment recommendations and client presentation materials
Participate in client onboarding process and provide ongoing service support
Help evaluate insurance and annuity solutions, including running product illustrations
Conduct research and assist in compiling data for financial analysis and planning projects
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely plan delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

1–3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning or investment services
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred)
Familiarity with financial planning tools and strong Excel skills
Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
CFP®, CPA, or Series 65/66 licensing preferred but not mandatory
Interest in long-term career growth within the financial advisory profession
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced in-office setting
