Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior advisors in the development of holistic financial plans
  • Enter and review client information in financial planning software and CRM systems
  • Create reports on asset allocation, portfolio performance, and retirement projections
  • Assist with preparation of investment recommendations and client presentation materials
  • Participate in client onboarding process and provide ongoing service support
  • Help evaluate insurance and annuity solutions, including running product illustrations
  • Conduct research and assist in compiling data for financial analysis and planning projects
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely plan delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning or investment services
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail
  • CFP®, CPA, or Series 65/66 licensing preferred but not mandatory
  • Interest in long-term career growth within the financial advisory profession
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced in-office setting
