What You’ll Do Here as an Engineering Technician

Support civil and environmental engineering projects from planning through construction
Assist with site development, grading, stormwater, and infrastructure design
Create and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD
Conduct site inspections, field investigations, and construction monitoring
Collect, document, and analyze field and laboratory data
Assist with environmental permitting, including stormwater and waterway permits
Prepare technical reports, field notes, maps, and project documentation
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward

What You Bring Here as an Engineering Technician

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
1–4 years of relevant experience (internships and early-career experience welcome)
Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D, GIS, or stormwater software is a plus
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to work both in the office and outdoors in varying conditions
Dependability, adaptability, and a desire to learn and grow professionally
