What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently great guest experiences
Be present on the floor and in all areas of the operation, setting the tone through example
Drive strong financial results through labor control, cost of goods management, and smart scheduling
Partner with your team on local marketing, community involvement, and brand presence
Uphold brand standards while fostering a supportive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
A hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with a positive, approachable presence
Strong organizational and financial management skills
Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
Ability to commit to a 5-day workweek (approximately 50–55 hours)
