What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers consistently great guest experiences
  • Be present on the floor and in all areas of the operation, setting the tone through example
  • Drive strong financial results through labor control, cost of goods management, and smart scheduling
  • Partner with your team on local marketing, community involvement, and brand presence
  • Uphold brand standards while fostering a supportive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • A hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with a positive, approachable presence
  • Strong organizational and financial management skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to commit to a 5-day workweek (approximately 50–55 hours)
