A leading regional distributor of welding equipment and industrial supplies is seeking a reliable, safety-driven Route Driver to support deliveries throughout the Texarkana area. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on exposure to welding, metal fabrication, or industrial environments who takes pride in safe operations and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver welding equipment, industrial gases, and related supplies to metal fabrication shops and industrial customer sites
Use working knowledge of welding and metalworking processes to ensure accurate, efficient deliveries
Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles in full compliance with DOT and company regulations
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and properly use all required PPE and safety equipment
Provide professional, courteous customer service while representing the company on each delivery
Accurately complete delivery logs, paperwork, and required documentation
Follow all safety policies and participate in ongoing safety training

Requirements

Valid CDL with Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) endorsement
Safe driving history and ability to pass a DOT physical
Prior experience with welding, metal fabrication, or industrial deliveries preferred
Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and quality
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset
