Restaurant Floor Manager Qualifications:
· Verifiable BA or BS degree of any major; or a Culinary Associates: REQUIRED
· 1-2 years of restaurant experience with supervisory exposure: preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service
· Must be at least of age for legal alcohol service
· Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
Restaurant Floor Manager Preferred Background:
· Previous leadership role in restaurant setting- Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager
· Experience in high volume elevated dining room operations
· Familiarity with diverse cuisine styles
· Strong problem-solving and team-building skills
· Knowledge of scheduling and staff performance evaluation
· Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
