Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of polished dining management experience
- Experience in restaurants generating $4M+ in annual sales
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
- Openness and ability to relocate if needed
- Candidates must have restaurant (not exclusively hotel or country club) management backgrounds
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in high-volume, upscale dining environments
- Professional appearance standards (no facial hair; collar-length or shorter hair for men)
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards for service and quality
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve outstanding guest experiences
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team growth and development
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives and support expansion efforts
