Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of polished dining management experience
Experience in restaurants generating $4M+ in annual sales
Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
Openness and ability to relocate if needed
Candidates must have restaurant (not exclusively hotel or country club) management backgrounds

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience working in high-volume, upscale dining environments
Professional appearance standards (no facial hair; collar-length or shorter hair for men)

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards for service and quality
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve outstanding guest experiences
Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets
Foster a positive work environment that supports team growth and development
Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives and support expansion efforts
