Area Manager Expectations

• Oversee daily operations in ATL, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers with a hands-on, servant leadership style
• Drive financial performance — manage P&L, labor, inventory, and cost controls with precision
• Champion new restaurant openings, from staffing to operations readiness
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and guest-first engagement
• Lead strategic initiatives to boost sales, improve systems, and elevate the brand
• Own training, onboarding, and ongoing development across your region

Area Manager Experience

• 7+ years of multi-unit leadership experience fresh fast casual space
• A servant leader who leads from the front, gets in the trenches, and inspires high performance
• Deep knowledge of financials and how to drive profitability through smart operations
• Proven experience with new store openings, training, and building strong teams
• Someone who thrives in a people-driven, guest-focused environment
• A results-oriented operator who can execute while maintaining culture and standards
• Strong business acumen
