One of the area's favorite restaurants is opening another location and seeking a high-energy, high-volume Restaurant Manager in the Tampa, FL area.  This successful leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and expectations are exceeded. This individual must have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a Restaurant Manager role
  • Very strong coaching, team development, and mentoring skills
  • Valid Drivers license

Restaurant Manager Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional skills in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
  • Profit and loss experience preferred
  • Hiring process
  • NRO experience
  • High volume full-service dining
  • Inventory skills, along with building vendor relationships
  • A clear leadership style with a hands-on mentality
