Branch Manager – Snow & Landscape Operations

What You’ll Do

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations while leading teams to achieve company goals, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives.

Leadership & Branch Management

• Build and execute branch plans to achieve operational, financial, and sales goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and subcontractor relationships
• Foster a strong culture focused on accountability, safety, and collaboration
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed
• Conduct regular meetings with leadership and participate in strategic planning initiatives

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and grow a professional sales organization
• Track KPIs including renewals, close rates, and new business conversions
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership
• Support complex bid preparation and presentation development
• Identify new opportunities, tools, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth

Operations & Financial Oversight

• Lead snow and landscape operations to maximize efficiency, safety, and profitability
• Assist with winter storm planning and active storm event management
• Monitor operational benchmarks, fleet utilization, and branch performance metrics
• Manage administrative, HR, and financial activities accurately and on time
• Prepare budgets, financial projections, and detailed bid documents

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in snow removal and landscape operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Experience managing operational budgets and financial performance
• Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare projections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience preparing bids, take-offs, and snow & ice service proposals
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency and customer service excellence
