Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building partnerships and winning new business? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to help drive our expansion. What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial and industrial markets
Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, property managers, and decision-makers
Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and proactive outreach
Partner with internal teams to help develop project estimates and proposals
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry functions
Track pipeline activity and maintain client relationships using CRM tools
Develop long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and project growth
Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Experience in construction, coatings, industrial services, or related industries is a plus
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Self-driven professional who enjoys creating and closing opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
