Grocery Co-Manager Responsibilities:
- In charge of the entire operation
- Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coach, and mentor a team
- Build genuine guest connections and develop strong business relationships
- Community-focused
- Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices
Grocery Co-Manager Qualifications:
- Positive leadership with a people-first mentality
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience required
- Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Grocery Co-Manager Benefits:
- Salary: $90-95k
- Bonus eligibility up to $40k annually
