Position Overview

Luxury boutique hotel seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to lead all hotel operations with a strong emphasis on food & beverage, culture, team development, and financial performance. The property features multiple dining experiences ranging from elevated casual to fine dining with up to 9 outlets.

The ideal candidate is a highly visible, relationship-driven leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, builds strong cultures, develops leaders, and drives operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel and food & beverage operations across multiple outlets
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire department heads and teams
  • Create and sustain a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, positivity, and guest engagement
  • Drive financial performance through strategic leadership, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
  • Maintain strong visibility with guests, ownership, and associates
  • Partner closely with culinary and operational leaders to ensure consistency, innovation, and luxury-level service
  • Develop and retain high-performing leadership teams
  • Ensure operational excellence, brand standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the property
  • Lead by example with a hands-on, team-first leadership style

General Manager Qualifications

  • Extensive luxury hotel or boutique resort leadership experience as a General Manager or senior executive leader
  • Strong food & beverage background overseeing multiple outlets
  • Proven business acumen with success managing high-volume luxury operations
  • Dynamic leadership presence with the ability to motivate and unite teams
  • Strong background in culture building, coaching, and team development
  • Must currently live in Colorado or possess strong ties to Colorado
  • Stable career progression within luxury hospitality preferred
