A Luxury Resort is seeking an experienced Executive Banquet Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations across our luxury resort, with a strong focus on banquets and multi-outlet service. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a creative and organized culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen and banquet operations
Lead, train, and mentor culinary staff across outlets and event operations
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and execution for banquets
Collaborate on menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal offerings
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Coordinate culinary logistics and staffing for events and weddings
Partner with Event Services and Front-of-House teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and portion control
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting

Qualifications:

Culinary degree preferred; 6+ years of progressive kitchen experience
Prior leadership experience in luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environments
Strong knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
Solid understanding of cost control, inventory, and HACCP standards
Physically able to meet the demands of a high-volume kitchen
Strong communication and organizational skills
