Now Hiring: Wine Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about wine and love connecting with people? We’re looking for a Wine Sales Specialist to join our team and help grow our boutique wine program through expertise, enthusiasm, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

Drive wine sales by recommending products tailored to guest or client preferences
Serve as a wine expert and brand ambassador in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Build strong relationships with customers, accounts, and internal team members
Lead tastings, wine education moments, and promotional events
Support inventory, merchandising, and product rotation
Stay up to date on wine trends, regions, and varietals

What We’re Looking For

2 + years experience in wine sales or beverage distribution
Strong wine knowledge
Outgoing, confident communicator with a consultative sales mindset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
Must meet legal requirements to sell alcohol

Base salary of $50K plus 7% commission on sales
